The Mexican Kitchen Collection
Cacao, Citrus, Comfort & Tradition
This month, we’re taking a little journey through the flavors that have warmed kitchens, cooled afternoons, and gathered families around the table for generations.
The Mexican Kitchen Collection was inspired by the everyday side of Mexican food and drink culture. Not the restaurant menu. Not the tourist brochure. The kitchen. The place where herbs dry by the window, broth simmers on the stove, fresh citrus brightens a meal, and someone always seems to be asking if you’d like another cup of tea.
Throughout Mexico, drinks and seasonings are woven into daily life. Hibiscus becomes a refreshing agua on a hot afternoon. Chamomile is brewed when comfort is needed. Cacao is transformed into a rich, warming drink. Dried chiles, herbs, and spices form the foundation of countless family recipes passed from one generation to the next.
This collection is our tribute to those flavors, crafted with appreciation for the ingredients, traditions, and comforting spirit of the kitchen.
🌼 Casa de Manzanilla
“House of Chamomile”
Chamomile has long been one of the most beloved herbal teas found in Mexican homes, often enjoyed after meals or during quiet evenings.
Our Casa de Manzanilla combines chamomile with bright citrus and gentle warming spice for a cup that feels like a deep breath after a long day. Soft, comforting, and familiar, it’s the tea equivalent of being told to sit down, rest a minute, and let someone take care of you.

🌿 Campo Fresco
“Fresh Field”
Inspired by fresh herbs, garden flavors, and cooling drinks enjoyed during warm afternoons, Campo Fresco is sunshine in a teacup.

🌺 Jamaica del Sol
“Hibiscus of the Sun”
Hibiscus, known as jamaica, is one of the most recognizable and beloved ingredients in Mexican beverage traditions.
Jamaica del Sol celebrates that heritage with tart hibiscus, bright citrus, and gentle spice. The result is a ruby-red tea that’s refreshing served over ice and comforting when brewed warm.
If sunshine had a favorite tea, this might be it.

🍫 Cacao con Canela
“Cacao with Cinnamon”
Long before hot chocolate became a sugary dessert drink, cacao was enjoyed as a rich, warming beverage often paired with spices.
Cacao con Canela honors that tradition with deep cacao, warm cinnamon, and a whisper of chile. Rich and comforting without being overly sweet, it’s a reminder that some of the oldest flavor combinations are still some of the best.
Perfect for slow mornings, chilly evenings, or whenever you need a little extra warmth in your cup.

🌶️ Cítrico Fuego
“Citrus Fire”
One of the most iconic flavor combinations in Mexican food culture is the marriage of citrus, chile, and salt.
Inspired by street fruit, refreshing cocktails, and bold snack flavors, Cítrico Fuego delivers bright lime, gentle chile heat, and just enough salt to make everything taste better. Use it to rim cocktail glasses, sprinkle on fruit, or add a little excitement to sparkling drinks.

🍫 Cacao para la Copa
“Cacao for the Glass”
Cacao and cinnamon have shared a long culinary history, and Cacao para la Copa brings those flavors to the cocktail world.
Rich cacao, warm cinnamon, a touch of sweetness, and subtle chile warmth create a versatile barside blend perfect for coffee drinks, dessert cocktails, hot chocolate, and cocktail rims.
It’s a little bit cozy, a little bit indulgent, and entirely too easy to enjoy.

The kind of flavor that makes a house feel like home.
