Adobe Rojo Rice

Simple ingredients become something special in this colorful, flavor-packed rice dish. Inspired by traditional red rice preparations, Adobo Rojo Rice gets its rich color and savory depth from Adobo Rojo Casero, our homestyle red chile blend crafted with earthy dried chiles, garlic, warm spices, and herbs.

As the rice toasts and simmers, the blend infuses every grain with smoky, comforting flavor while tomato and broth create a rich, satisfying base. The result is a versatile side dish that’s equally at home alongside grilled meats, tucked into burrito bowls, served with beans, or enjoyed all on its own.

Easy enough for a weeknight meal but flavorful enough for company, this is the kind of recipe that proves rice never has to be boring.

Drunken Duck Tip: Make a double batch. Somehow the leftovers always disappear faster than the original pot.
