Uses:
Built to soften, mellow, and round out lamb’s stronger notes using citrus, gentle sweetness, and aromatic herbs that neutralize that “barnyard edge”.
Mix with oil, a splash of lemon, & yogur (optional), rub onto lamb, rest1 hour or overnight. For ground lamb, use 1–1.5 tbsp per lb and add onion or yogurt if desired.
