Verde Fresco Herb Blend

can black beans
drained

cups
vegetable broth
Juice of 1 lime

cup
corn
Method
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
Stir in rice and Verde Fresco Herb Blend.
Add broth, beans, and corn.
Cover and simmer 18–20 minutes.
Stir in lime juice before serving.
