Citrus Herb Fish Skillet

Bright, fast, and a little showy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.1 lb white fish or chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Verde Fresco Herb Blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Toss protein with Verde Fresco, oil, and lime juice.
  2. Cook onion until softened.
  3. Add fish or chicken and cook through.
  4. Finish with fresh lime juice.
