Adobo Rojo Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 tbsp Adobo Rojo Casero
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice or vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix Adobo Rojo Casero, oil, lime juice, and garlic into a paste.
  2. Coat chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25–35 minutes or grill until cooked through.
  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
