Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly replace the item or make it right as quickly as possible—no fuss, no feathers ruffled.
Exchanges:
Not quite quacking with delight? No problem! We offer exchanges for any reason—whether it’s not your flavor, scent, or vibe—up to two times per customer. Just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you find something you’ll love instead.
How to Request a Replacement or Exchange:
Email us at farm@drunkenduck.org with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We’ll take it from there!
Please note:
- Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, refunds are not typically offered—replacements or exchanges are our primary form of resolution.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
We’re a small farm and sanctuary—every purchase helps care for rescued animals and keep the duck feed flowing—so we truly appreciate your understanding and support!
